Hong Kong/Singapore, 10 January 2017 – UBS, the world's largest global wealth manager, today announced the appointment of Ravi Raju as Co-Head Global Ultra High Net Worth (Global UHNW) in Asia Pacific. In his new role, Ravi joins Amy Lo, Head Wealth Management Greater China, Co-Head Global UHNW Asia Pacific and Head and Chief Executive, Hong Kong, in leading UBS's Global UHNW business across the region. He is based in Hong Kong and reports to Josef Stadler, Head Global UHNW and Edmund Koh, Head Wealth Management Asia Pacific.
In a further appointment, Anurag Mahesh joins UBS as Head Global Family Office Group (GFO) in Asia Pacific. In this role he will report to Ravi, Amy and the Global Head of GFO, Sara Ferrari.

Ravi joins us from Deutsche Bank (DB) where he was the Asia Pacific Regional Head of Wealth Management (WM) since 2007 and a member of the Global Executive Committee of DB WM and DB's Asia Pacific Regional Executive Committee. From 2012 to 2015, Ravi was the APAC Head for DB's Asset & Wealth Management business that served both Institutional and Private clients in the region. The Institute of Banking & Finance conferred on Ravi its highest title "Distinguished Fellow" in 2009. He was also voted the Private Banker of the Year in 2013 by the Asian Private Banker Awards for Distinction, in recognition of his exemplary leadership of Deutsche AWM during a transformational time. After completing a MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Delhi, Ravi spent 16 years with Citigroup before joining Deutsche Bank.
Anurag was Global Head of Key Client Partners (KCP) for Deutsche Bank Wealth Management (WM) and a member of the DB WM Global Executive Committee. Prior to this, Anurag was DB WM’s Coverage Head for APAC and responsible for the KCP group in APAC. In both these roles, Anurag was closely involved in covering some of the largest WM clients in APAC while coordinating with the Investment Banking group to deliver broad solutions to clients. Anurag has 24 years of experience with Deutsche Bank and Citigroup and holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the Singapore CFA Society.
