Russia: Decrease of the withholding tax rate on interest on corporate bonds

The withholding tax rate on interest on Russian corporate bonds issued from 1 January 2017 until 31 December 2021 will be reduced from 20% to 15%. This change will apply only to corporate bonds traded on an established securities market.
