We’re encouraging our clients to get active on the sustainable renovation of their single-family home. When a client takes out new financing, we’ll pay a CHF 650 cash premium towards the costs of a GEAK® energy consultation. GEAK® is the cantonal building energy certificate, which shows the energy status of a single-family home. By passing on the reimbursed federal CO2 incentive tax to our mortgage clients in this way, we’re contributing to the planning of sustainable renovations to real estate and homes.
The offer is valid for private clients domiciled in Switzerland who take out new financing or increase or extend their existing financing with us by the end of 2016. The promotion will last until the total amount available of around CHF 300,000 has run out, or until December 31, 2016.
