Successful re-opening of the Swiss real estate investment group UBS AST Commercial Real Estate Switzerland to the amount of approx. CHF 75 million

In June, the UBS AST-KIS investment group carried out another successful reopening, with subscriptions of CHF 360 million. Against the backdrop of a very promising acquisition pipeline, the planned issue volume of CHF 75 was fully met. This corresponds to an allocation ratio of 21% - confirmation of the confidence of our institutional investors - with proceeds to be used to reduce borrowing and purchase real estate.

The success of this issue can also be attributed to the strong performance of UBS AST-KIS. In the first half of the 2015/2016 financial year ending on March 31, 2016, the investment group again showed a solid return on investment of 2.5%. The portfolio volume currently is of around CHF 580 million.
