Switzerland: Reform of the Swiss withholding tax system

On December 23rd, 2015 we informed you that until further notice Swiss Contingent Convertible Bonds (CoCos) and Write-off-Bonds continue to be exempt from Swiss withholding taxes. In addition, going forward, also Swiss Bail-in-Bonds would be exempt from Swiss withholding taxes.
