The Board of Directors of UBS (Irl) ETF plc (the "Board") wishes to inform the Shareholders of the following changes in respect of the Funds:
Lowering of the Management Fees of the following Share Classes of the Funds
The Board has decided to decrease the management fees for each of the following Share Classes of the Funds such that the Flat Fee of each Share Class will decrease as set out below:
