Shareholders are herewith informed that the Board of Directors of UBS ETF ("SICAV") has decided to reduce the management fees applicable to the share classes of the SICAV listed in the table below to the amounts referred to as "new management fee" in the table below in relation to each of such share classes respectively with effect from 1 June 2016.
