This year, IAZI AG held the second annual IAZI Real Estate Investment Awards. UBS «Sima» was recognized with the 'Best Investment Fund Portfolio' award after receiving the award in the 'Best Latin Switzerland Properties' category last year. The award for best real estate portfolio management is determined on the basis of the eight key figures that make up the IAZI Swiss Property Benchmark®. Martin Strub, the fund manager of UBS «Sima», accepted the award in person at this year’s IAZI Real Estate Investment Lunch at the Hyatt Hotel in Zurich.
