UBS «Sima»: capital increase with subscription rights; UBS «Sima», UBS «Swissreal», UBS «Foncipars»: distributions and net asset values

At the end of April/beginning of May 2016, UBS will carry out a capital increase amounting to approximately CHF 370 million for UBS «Sima». The subscription rights will be traded on the Swiss exchange between April 21 and 27, 2016.
