UBS «Sima»: capital increase with subscription rights; UBS «Sima», UBS «Swissreal», UBS «Foncipars»: distributions and net asset values

At the end of April/beginning of May 2016, UBS will carry out a capital increase amounting to approximately CHF 370 million for UBS «Sima». The subscription rights will be traded on the Swiss exchange between April 21 and 27, 2016.

In addition, the fund management company has fixed the distribution based on the fund’s results for 2015 for UBS «Sima», UBS «Swissreal» and UBS «Foncipars».
