Argentina: Current Status of UBS Settlement and Custody Capabilities

As of March 27th, the Argentine regulators suspended Citibank N.A. Argentina from capital market operations in Argentina. As a result Citibank N.A. Argentina is no longer allowed to provide custody services to its customers. Consequently, Citibank N.A. Argentina was substituted by Caja de Valores S.A. as custodian in the Argentine market.
