The boards of directors of the Fund and of the Management hereby inform the shareholders that it has been decided to merge the sub-funds UBS ETF – MSCI Canada 100% hedged to CHF UCITS ETF, UBS ETF – MSCI Canada 100% hedged to EUR UCITS ETF, UBS ETF – MSCI Canada 100% hedged to USD UCITS ETF, UBS ETF – MSCI Canada 100% hedged to GBP UCITS ETF, and UBS ETF – MSCI Canada 100% hedged to SGD UCITS ETF, into the sub-fund UBS ETF – MSCI Canada UCITS ETF with effect as of 26 March 2015.
