UBS will increase the total salary for its employees in Switzerland, up to and including middle management, by 0.7%.
As of 1 March 2013, UBS will increase its total salary for employees in Switzerland up to and including middle management (up to and including those at Associate Director level) by 0.7%. The specific individual salary adjustments will be based on market, function and individual performance.
This overall result is the outcome of negotiations between employer and UBS employee delegations.
Salary negotiations concerning all UBS employees in Switzerland who are covered by the Agreement on Conditions of Employment for Bank Staff (ACEBS) are conducted at the end of every year.
