Vivien Delaunay,
Sales Manager

Following my internship, UBS France recruited me. Over the course of five years I covered different aspects of our Private Banking business via multiple positions: First I was a Client Advisor, then a Business Developer and ultimately the Chief Of Staff for our Ultra High Networth (UHNW) team.

It provided me with a global vision of our business and brought me to specialize myself in customer development.

I then decided to join our headquarters in Zurich as a member of the UBS Global UHNW Sales team.

Today I am heading the Sales Management team of UBS Monaco which I built up four years ago.

Valérie Steimlé, Marketing & Communications Director

In 2006, I was recruited as a Graduate Trainee in Investment Solutions at UBS in Frankfurt. I then worked for seven years as B2B2C Relationship Manager.

In this job I contributed to the sales development of our solutions for institutional clients and the family offices – first in Germany then in Paris.

In 2013, I was appointed Marketing & Communication Director of UBS France, a position I still hold today.

I rely every day on my business experience to develop a marketing strategy corresponding to the expectations of our customers.

Johann Rivalland, President UBS La Maison de Gestion

After several years in French and Swiss investment banks, I joined UBS France in 2011 – first as a salesman, and then as manager of the Equity Derivatives Sales team for the FraBeLux market.

In 2014 I was appointed co-head of UBS's trading floor in Paris, where I was in charge of the Equity division.

I then got the opportunity to help set up our Asset Management boutique UBS La Maison de Gestion.

In 2018 I was named Deputy CEO of UBS La Maison de Gestion, and one year later appointed as President.

In 2019 I was promoted to Managing Director.

Nathalie Fribourg, Client Advisor

After 12 years at HSBC, I joined UBS in 2001. First recruited as Static Data & Document Specialist, UBS quickly gave me the opportunity to evolve by integrating the front office of its Wealth Management division.

After 3 years as Client Advisor Assistant, I was appointed Client Advisor in 2006. Over the last 13 years, I have developed solid relationships with very interesting clients, most of them being entrepreneurs and senior executives.

In 2019, I was offered to join the new UHNW team of UBS France to bring my experience in private management.

Mohamed Mokeddem, Client Advisor

I joined UBS France in 2013 and took part in setting up its new KYC (Know Your Customer) task force. For one year I have been conducting KYC reviews and updating relevant information in line with UBS and regulatory requirements.

I then got the opportunity to join a team of Private Wealth bankers as a Client Advisor assistant.

I was also selected to participate in UBS France's NextGen Talent Acceleration Program. UBS believed in my potential and offered me challenges that have taught me a lot and allowed me to evolve quickly. In 2017 I was promoted to Client Advisor of a High Net Worth team.

Yuanjing Lu, Business Analyst

After being a trainee at UBS France, I had the chance to join the Financial Marketing division of UBS Asset Management in Paris. This first experience has taught me a lot about the banking industry and its business model.

I then joined the Business Analyst team at UBS Wealth Management, which I lead today.

Being of Chinese origin, but having carried out my studies in France, I found at UBS the cultural diversity which I aspired in my work. I value that we're inclusive in the way we do things and that I get to work with diverse colleagues from all backgrounds – all talented people with a strong team spirit. And I believe that's the major element that allowed me to evolve quickly and to thrive in my job.
