• Domicile: Switzerland
• Capital requirements: Growth financing of at least CHF 3 million
• Attractive market: Promising and fast-growing market
• Lead investor: Institutional lead investor leading the round (renowned VC-fund, Corporate VC or Strategic/Large Corporate)
• Business idea and business model: High degree of innovation and rapidly scalable business model

We review every business plan or business presentation and give you timely feedback. If you have caught our attention, we analyze your investment case in more detail to assess the attractiveness for potential investors.

UBS Growth Credit up to CHF 1m

The UBS Growth Credit provides high-growth Swiss scaleups early access to a credit line of up to CHF1m.

Companies interested should meet the following requirements:

• Business Model: Business model preferably with recurring revenues (low volatility / no project business)
• Growth Requirement: Minimum revenue of CHF 1 million per year, growth of +25% per annum, break-even within the next 2 years
• Use of Funds: Growth-oriented (working capital, production, assets, marketing & sales), no R&D financing
• Capital Structure: Strong equity and investor base (including institutional investors), overall balanced mix between equity and debt

SEF.Growth Credit up to CHF 5m

In 2012, UBS launched the SEF.Growth program together with the Swiss Economic Forum (SEF), and has continuously developed this further ever since. We offer young companies with above-average development potential the opportunity to have their strategy and business plans reviewed by independent industry experts out of the SEF network. The best companies are then awarded the “SEF.High-Potential” label.
