Jackie Bauer is responsible for the investment and retirement product strategy in Personal Banking at UBS. She specializes in designing products, processes and client experiences in a way that makes investing and pension planning easy for clients to understand.
She was previously Chief Operating Officer of the UBS Sustainability and Impact Institute and spent several years working on issues related to sustainable financing and pension planning at the Chief Investment Office. This experience shaped her strategic outlook on the product and service portfolio.
Alongside her leadership role, Jackie Bauer regularly speaks at events and shares her expertise on pension planning, sustainable investing and market trends. She studied international business and economics at the University of Zurich.
