No, registration is not required to benefit from the offers. You simply need to use your UBS Gold or Platinum Credit Card when making a booking.

Bookings are only possible online. To benefit from the discount, you must use your UBS Gold or Platinum Credit Card when making a booking. You will receive your booking confirmation via email from Switzerland Travel Centre. No discount applies for bookings made through other channels.

Participating hotels provide a limited number of rooms for the UBS offer. Availability may be restricted, especially during peak periods. We therefore recommend booking early, particularly for weekends, holiday periods or destinations with limited hotel capacity. Available hotels can be found in the booking portal by entering your travel dates and destination. If a hotel does not appear, no rooms are available for your selected dates within this offer.

Hotel prices vary depending on the hotel, region and demand. The booking portal always displays the current daily rates. When booking via the portal, you benefit from a discount on the sales price valid at the time of booking from our partner Switzerland Travel Centre. Please note that no additional discounts can be applied to special direct booking offers or other promotions from the hotels. No discount is granted for bookings made via other online platforms or directly with the hotel.

In the event of a cancellation, the terms and conditions of the booked hotel apply. Please check the cancellation policy in your booking confirmation and contact Switzerland Travel Centre in writing at reservation@stc.ch. The cancellation is only valid once it has been confirmed in writing by Switzerland Travel Centre. For last-minute cancellations outside office hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; not applicable on public holidays, please contact the hotel directly.
