Check in your UBS TWINT App to see which account you have stored as a credit account (Settings > Manage credit account). If you see the transfer in the UBS TWINT App, the money will be credited to this account. If you do not see the transfer in the UBS TWINT App (under “Transactions”), the money might have been sent to a previous TWINT App (e.g., TWINT Prepaid App). Check the TWINT App of the previous bank and the credit account specified there. Please note that the TWINT App of the previous bank may still be active, even if you have deleted the app. Learn how to make your UBS TWINT App your active TWINT App.

If you see the amount in your UBS TWINT App, but not in the credit account you specified, please contact UBS Support.
