How do I change my address and where?

The quickest and easiest way to change your address is via your E-Banking or Mobile Banking App.

Changes cannot be made via e-mail or an online form

For your own security, changes of address or name cannot be made using an online form or by e-mail.

Ensure that your physical address (domicile address) and delivery address are always up to date.

To change your name, note the following instructions:
