How and where can I change my address or name?
The quickest way to change your address is in e-banking.
A change in name is not possible via e-banking, as we need to renew your specimen signature and require a copy of your passport or ID. To do that, come and visit a branch near you.
Changing your address in e-banking
- Log on to e-banking.
- Navigate to "Settings > User profile > Contact data".
- Select "Change domicile address" and enter your new address.
- Select "Next" to save and submit your change of address. The change will take effect immediately.
Changes cannot be made via the internet
For your own security, changes of address or name cannot be made using an online form or by e-mail.
Instead, the following options are available to you.
Send your request to change your address to UBS Switzerland AG, PO Box, 8098 Zurich. You can also use the change of address card provided by the Post. Please don’t forget to provide a legally valid signature (by the contractual partner, not by an authorized agent) on your change of address notification.

Call in to one of our branches and bring your legally valid ID and your bank card with you.
