How and where can I change my address or name?

The quickest and easiest way to change your address is directly in e-banking.

Changing your name is not possible via e-banking, as we need to renew your specimen signature and require a copy of your passport or ID. To do that, come and visit a branch near you.

Changes cannot be made via e-mail or an online form

For your own security, changes of address or name cannot be made using an online form or by e-mail.

  1. Log on to e-banking.
  2. Navigate to “Settings > User profile > Contact data”.
  3. Select “Change domicile address” and enter your new address.
  4. Select “Next” to save and submit your change of address. The change will take effect immediately.

Send your change by post to UBS Switzerland AG, P.O. Box, 8098 Zurich. You can also use the change of address card provided by Swiss Post. Please don’t forget to provide a legally valid signature (by the contractual partner, not by an authorized agent) on your change of address notification.

You can also inform us of a change of address by telephone or through your client advisor.

Telephone 0848 848 052 (max. CHF 0.08/min.), Monday to Friday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Call in to one of our branches and bring your legally valid ID and your bank card with you.
