If you receive your bank documents digitally, you can find them in E-Banking by selecting the Documents tab and then clicking on Bank documents. Your documents are available in E-Banking for ten years.
Mobile Banking
If you receive your bank documents digitally, you can find them in Mobile Banking in your profile under Bank documents. The documents are available in your inbox for ten years.
Connect
1. If you receive bank documents digitally via Connect, you can find them by selecting the Documents tab and then clicking on Bank documents. In Connect, your documents are available for ten years. If you use a digital archiving system, we recommend downloading the documents into it.
KeyLink
If you receive your bank documents digitally via KeyLink, you can find them by selecting the Mailbox tab and clicking on View documents
2. In the Document Manager, documents are available for 13 months.
Set up notification
E-Banking
1. You can choose to be notified by email and/or SMS when new digital bank documents are available. To set up the notification, click on Settings in your Profile.
2. Then, in the Notifications section, click Sets and rules.
3. You can access the same window via the quick access Notification settings in the menu on the right-hand side of the Bank documents page.
4. In the Documents and communication section, you can now enable and personalize the notification under New bank documents.
5. If you want to change the selection of mobile numbers or email addresses for notifications, click Settings in your profile, then under Notifications click Channels.
Mobile Banking
1. You can choose to be notified by email and/or SMS when new digital bank documents are available. To set up the notification, go to Settings in your profile.
2. Tap Notification sets and rules.
3. Scroll down and tap Documents & Communication.
4. Under New bank documents, you can enable and personalize the notification.

E-Banking
Reverse the order
1. Your documents are sorted by creation date, with the newest appearing first. However, you can reverse this order by clicking the arrow next to Creation date.
Search and filter functions
1. Using the search field, you can search for a document title or document type, or documents related to a specific account, product, or client name.
To filter documents, various filter criteria are available: you can filter by a predefined or custom Period, by a specific Category, a Banking relationship or an Account/Depot/Portfolio. Under Status, you can choose whether you want to see all documents, only read documents, or only unread documents.
Set the default reading status to display
1. To set in advance which reading status should be displayed in future, under Documents, click Settings for bank documents and select Inbox defaults.
Request documents
1. You can also request documents in the following categories: Account confirmation, Tax reporting, Account statement, or Statement of assets. To do so, click Request document.
2. Then select the required category in the overview.
3. Once the request is complete, the document will be available for you to download.
Request function for corporate clients
1. Corporate clients can submit a request for any bank document they are looking for. To do so, go to Specific documents in the category overview.
2. In the form, describe what you are looking for and submit your request.

Your tax documents
1. In your inbox, documents are organized into folders by category. You can find the documents for your tax return collected at the very top under Tax reporting.
Filter functions
1. In Mobile Banking, filtering is done within the individual document folders. In the folder, tap the Filter icon at the top right.
2. Now select the desired Period, Client, Document type or Account/Depot/Portfolio. Or choose whether you want to see all documents, only unread documents, or only read documents.

Download
1. To open or download a bank document, e.g. to print it or save it locally, click the name of the document or the Download icon on the right.
2. Or select the document on the left and click Download.
Archive
1. To move a document to the archive folder, select it on the left and click Move to archive.
2. The document disappears from the document list and is moved to the archive, which you can access via the Archive tab at the top next to Inbox.
Select the required documents or tick the box next to Creation date to select all displayed documents at once.
Clicking Download makes all selected documents available in a single file (ZIP format), so you can process them locally, e.g. save or print them.
Clicking Move to archive moves all selected documents to the archive folder.
Mobile Banking
Open and download
1. To open a specific document in a folder, tap it.
2. Or tap the three dots on the right and then Open document.
3. Both options download the document and open it in the mobile view. You can then use the Export icon at the top right and the standard features on your mobile device to further process it.
Archive
1. If you tap the three dots on the right of a document and select Move to archive, the document disappears from the view. It is then moved to the archive, the bottom folder in the inbox.
1. In the relevant folder, tap the Select icon at the top right.
2. Select the required documents or tap Select all.
3. Tapping Download makes all selected documents available in a single file (ZIP format), so you can process them locally, e.g. save or print them.
