Tip: If your credit card has not arrived or delivery is delayed, first check the current delivery address.
Digital Banking
- Check the current delivery address for your credit card in UBS Mobile Banking under “Cards” > select card > “Block” > “Block and replace”.
- Credit card delivery usually takes up to three business days.
- If you ordered a replacement card, your old card is automatically deactivated when you use the new card for the first time, or at the latest after 30 days. The PIN remains the same for replacement cards.
- If your card does not arrive within the expected delivery time, you can order a replacement card directly in UBS Mobile Banking under “Cards” > select card > “Block” > “Block and replace”.
