UBS announced the hiring of financial advisor Melissa Valenzuela in Paramus, NJ. She joined the Greater New York Market led by Regional Director Chris DiMuria, Market Director Ryan Rozniakowski and Associate Market Executive Chris Simone.

Melissa Valenzuela, AWMA®, is a Vice President and financial advisor with over 15 years of experience serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. Together with her team, she builds comprehensive wealth strategies that bring together investment management, estate and tax planning, and access to alternative investments and private markets for qualified clients. Melissa began her career at Morgan Stanley, spent more than a decade at Charles Schwab, and has over five years of combined experience at Merrill Lynch. She is known for her candor, her responsiveness, and her ability to make complex planning decisions feel clear and manageable.

Melissa holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Rutgers University and the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®) designation.

Outside the office, Melissa enjoys exercising, taking long walks with her dog, and sharing dinners with family and friends.
