Jason Chandler

As Head of Wealth Management USA, Jason leads the wealth management business in the United States, consisting of more than 6,000 Financial Advisors and $1 trillion in client assets. He is a member of the Global Wealth Management Team and chairs the US Wealth Management Forum. In his more than 25 years at UBS, Mr. Chandler has held a variety of senior management positions and has been responsible for businesses focused on individual, institutional and corporate clients, leading the US Wealth Management Advisor Group, UBS Canada and UBS International. He also led Private Wealth Management and served as Chairman, UBS Private Bank USA, where he supported advisors working with the firm’s key clients.

Organization aligned with client needs

At the heart of Wealth Management Americas' (WMA’s) offering is a network of roughly 6,000 Financial Advisors working with clients in 400 offices across the United States. They are part of Wealth Management USA (WM USA), which comprises five divisions—the East, Central, West, PWM and UBS-I Divisions, which focus on high net worth and core affluent clients:

stage 1

Private Wealth Management

focuses on ultra high net worth clients, serving individuals and families with +USD $10 million in liquid assets and/or a net worth of +USD 25 million, through a highly personalized approach that leverages the full range of UBS resources worldwide. 

stage 2

UBS-International 

serves high net worth and ultra high net worth private clients seeking US-based solutions out of offices in New York, California, Florida and Texas.

stage 3

Wealth Advice Center (WAC) 

partners across all five divisions to deliver holistic wealth management advice to affluent clients through their hybrid digital advice model. The WAC serves more than 300,000 clients on a remote basis by a team of 200-plus professionals, including financial advisors and client service associates who leverage UBS’s financial planning-based approach and digital tools.

  • UBS ranked #1 in Client Satisfaction with Full-Service Wealth Management Firms in the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Full-Service Investor Satisfaction Study.

UBS received the highest score in the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Full-Service Investor Satisfaction Study of investors’ satisfaction with full-service investment firms. The study was conducted between November 2021 and January 2022 and is based on responses from 4,396 investors who make investment decisions with a financial advisor.
