Adeline Chien
Head of Wealth Management Hong Kong Domestic and South East Asia
Hong Kong, UBS Global Wealth Management
Adeline Chien is Managing Director, Head of Wealth Management Hong Kong Domestic and South East Asia in Hong Kong at UBS Global Wealth Management. She is responsible for formulating business strategy, implementing business plan and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Hong Kong Domestic market.
Adeline has been in the Private Banking industry since 1991. She joined UBS Wealth Management in 1995 as Client Advisor, then later as Desk Head in the Hong Kong team. She joined Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management as Executive Director in 2004. She re-joined UBS Wealth Management during 2008 and 2010 as Cluster Head in the Ultra-High-Net-Worth team. Prior to re- joining UBS Wealth Management again as Country Team Head in 2014, she was Managing Director at EFG Bank (2010-2012) and Barclays Bank (2012 – 2014). She was appointed Regional Market Manager for Hong Kong Domestic team in March 2018. She became Head of Hong Kong Domestic in April 2019 and was appointed Head of Hong Kong Domestic and South East Asia in February 2020.
Adeline graduated in Finance at The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania. She holds an EMBA from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business. Adeline is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Meng Li
Global Cross Asset Senior Strategist, UBS Global Wealth Management Chief Investment Office
Meng Li is a senior cross asset strategist at the Chief Investment Office, UBS Global Wealth Management. She is responsible for developing strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies to implement the UBS house view.
Meng brings extensive research and investment management experience across asset classes. She joined UBS from the CIO Office Greater China, Credit Suisse where she was responsible for discretionary and advisory investment strategies for private and institutional clients. Prior to Credit Suisse, she was senior researcher and portfolio manager at the Factors Based Strategies Group at Blackrock, managing global multi assets portfolios. Before that, she managed quantitative global equity portfolios at the sovereign wealth fund China Investment Corporation.
Meng obtained her Ph.D. from Columbia Business School in the City of New York, and was a tenure track Assistant Professor at the School of Business, George Mason University before joining the asset management industry. Her academic research interest focused on quantitative fundamental analysis and valuation.

Jansen Phee
Head Global Investment Management APAC Fund Investment Solutions & Head Global Investment Management China
Jansen Phee is the head of Funds Investment Solutions for Asia Pacific at UBS Global Wealth Management. He is also the head of Global Investment Management China. In his roles, Jansen is responsible for UBS GWM’s fund business across APAC. He is based in Singapore and chairs UBS’s Asia Pacific Strategy Fund Forum and is also a voting member of its Global Investment Funds strategy Forum. Jansen previously also was responsible for UBS’s discretionary fixed income and equity teams and was the head of the Singapore and Malaysia Investment Specialist team where he helped advise and structure investment solutions for clients. He has over 25 years of experience in investment advisory, discretionary management and research roles.
Jansen also had spells with other institutions. He was with BNP Paribas WM as the Head of Equities within the discretionary portfolio management team and before that a senior investment counselor. Jansen also spent time at Mercer Consulting as an investment consultant and at Citigroup Private Bank as an investment portfolio counselor.
Jansen graduated from the London School of Economics and majored in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics.

Christopher O’Malley
Portfolio Manager, Research Analyst, Janus Henderson Investors
Christopher O’Malley is a Portfolio Manager on the Global Alpha Equity Team at Janus Henderson Investors, a role he has held since 2024. He assumed an assistant portfolio management role in 2023 and has been a Research Analyst, primarily focused on European industrials, since joining the firm in 2017 and from 2021 to 2023 served as industrials sector lead. Prior to joining the firm, Christopher was a partner at Castle Light Investment Management, LLC from 2014 until 2015. Before that, he was an equity research analyst at Eaton Vance Management from 2008 until 2013. Earlier, he was vice president, equity research at Putnam from 2001 until 2008. He began his career in 1998 as a junior equity research analyst at Eaton Vance, where he covered data networking and enterprise software industries until 1999.
Christopher received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in political science and economics from Providence College. He earned an MBA with concentrations in finance, accounting, and general management from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Christopher holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 29 years of financial industry experience.

Xuesong Zhao
Portfolio Manager, Partner, Polar Capital
Xuesong joined Polar Capital in May 2012. He is a lead manager of the Polar Capital Artificial Intelligence Fund and is a Fund Manager on the Polar Capital Technology Trust and Polar Capital Global Technology Fund. Prior to joining Polar Capital, he spent four years working as an investment analyst within the emerging markets & Asia team at Aviva Investors, where he was responsible for the technology, media and telecom sectors. Prior to that, he worked as a quantitative analyst and risk manager for the emerging market debt team at Pictet Asset Management. He started his career as a financial engineer at Algorithmics, now owned by IBM, in 2005.

Michael Studer
Co-Portfolio Manager, Robeco
Michael Studer is Co-Portfolio Manager of the Robeco Smart Energy strategy and member of the Thematic Investing team.
Before joining Robeco in 2021, he spent three years at Acoro Asset Management, where he was an investment manager focused on the IT sector (semiconductors, software and internet). Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Equity Analyst covering IT at Julius Bär, Bank J. Safra Sarasin and as a sellside analyst at Bank am Bellevue with a total 10- year tenure.
Michael started his career in 2007 as a consultant for Strategy & Operations in the Financial Services Industry at Deloitte.
Michael holds a PhD in Accounting and Controlling and a Master’s in Information and Technology Management from the University of St Gallen (HSG), as well as a Master in International Management from the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS). He also studied at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, New York (USA).

Daisuke Nomoto
Global Head of Japanese Equities, Columbia Threadneedle Investments
Daisuke Nomoto is global head of Japanese equities at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Prior to his current role, he was a director and senior portfolio manager on the International Equity Team. Mr. Nomoto joined one of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments legacy firms in 2005.
Previously, Mr. Nomoto worked as an equity analyst at Putnam Investments. Prior to that, he held a variety of positions for Nippon Life Insurance, including four years as a senior portfolio manager and equity analyst at Nissay Asset Management, Tokyo, and five years as an equity analyst with NLI International.
Mr. Nomoto received a B.A. from Shiga University, Japan. He is a chartered member of the Security Analysts Association of Japan.

Raymond Gui
Head of Fixed Income Portfolio Management, Asia, Managing Director, UBS Asset Management
Raymond Gui is a senior portfolio manager with the Asia fixed income team and he has overall responsibility for Asia Pacific fixed income portfolio management activities.
Prior to joining UBS Asset Management, Raymond was co-CIO and senior portfolio manager at Income Partners Asset Management covering Asian USD credit and RMB fixed income strategies. His mandate included launching, managing and growing the firm’s fixed income business and strategy range.
Raymond previously worked at China Construction Bank, Bank of China International as well as China’s State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE). He has won various awards including the “Outstanding Achiever” Benchmark Fund of the Year awards.

James Johnstone
Portfolio Manager, Redwheel
James is the Portfolio Manager of the Redwheel Next Generation Emerging Markets Equity Fund. He also co-manages the Redwheel Emerging & Frontier Market Equities Strategy alongside John Malloy. He has 28 years of experience in investment management and research. Prior to Redwheel he was Senior Managing Director and Director of Investments at Everest Capital, since 2009, where he was responsible for portfolio management and research in frontier markets. James also served in the Royal Navy for five years. He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University with an MA (Hons) in Classics and Modern Languages and speaks Russian.

Wai Lee
Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Systematic Research, Allspring Global Investments
Wai Lee is senior portfolio manager and head of systematic research at Allspring Global Investments. He joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Wai joined WFAM from Neuberger Berman, where he was the head of quantitative investments and a senior portfolio manager. Previously, he was the head of the quantitative engineering group at Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM). He joined CSAM from J.P. Morgan Investment Management, where he began his investment industry career in the 90s and was in charge of quantitative research and risk management for the global balanced group. Earlier, he was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Business. Wai is the author of the book Theory and Methodology of Tactical Asset Allocation and has contributed book chapters on different topics. He earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in mechanical engineering from the University of Hong Kong, a master’s degree in business administration and a Ph.D. in finance from Drexel University. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of The Journal of Portfolio Management and the Editorial Board of The Journal of Systematic Investing. He has won the Peter L. Bernstein Award, and several Bernstein Fabozzi/Jacobs Levy Award for Best Article and for Outstanding Article.

Tatjana Greil-Castro
Portfolio Manager, Muzinich
Tatjana Greil-Castro joined Muzinich in 2007 and is a Portfolio Manager with nearly three decades’ corporate credit experience. She is a founding member of the European Leveraged Finance Association and a member of the European Central Bank’s Bond Market Contact Group. Tatjana is also a keen advocate for sustainability. Prior to joining Muzinich, Tatjana worked for Metlife Investments, where she served as an Associate Director of the High Return Unit. Tatjana also worked as Senior Portfolio Manager in European high yield for Fortis Investments and as a Portfolio Manager and Credit Analyst at Legal & General Investment Management. She started her career as a high yield telecom analyst with Merrill Lynch. She has an M.Sc./B.S. in Economics from the University of Vienna, a Masters from the Kiel Institute of World Economics in Germany, and a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics & Political Science.

Campe Goodman
Senior Managing Director, Partner, and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager, Wellington Management
Campe is a portfolio manager on the Broad Markets Team and lead portfolio manager on the multi sector credit and impact bond portfolios. His focus is sector rotation — asset allocation across the major fixed income sectors — and he leads the specialist team responsible for the development of the top-down sector rotation strategy that is utilized in the core bond, core bond plus, impact bond, intermediate bond, long bond, and multi sector credit portfolios.
Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2000, Campe spent four years at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology studying macroeconomics and finance in a doctoral program in economics.
Campe received his AB in mathematics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College (1995). In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Julian Marks
Head of Corporate Hybrids, Nomura Asset Management
Julian joined NAM in January 2023 to launch the Global Corporate Hybrids Strategy.
Prior to joining NAM, Julian was a Senior Portfolio Manager, Global Credit and Corporate Hybrid Bonds, at Neuberger Berman for 15 years. He grew the hybrids strategy from inception in 2017 until his departure in September 2022. By that time he was responsible for more than USD 4bn in assets under management.
During that time, the Fund achieved a consistent, positive absolute return in excess of 4% p.a. and outperformed the benchmark by more than 0.5% p.a. net of fees.
Julian held a range of portfolio management and analyst roles prior to Neuberger Berman, at Commerzbank, Barclays Global Investors and Mercury Asset Management. He joined the investment industry in 1999.
Julian is a CFA Charterholder and holds a BSc in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol.
