The UBS AST Commercial Real Estate Switzerland investment group (Valor No. 10 077 053) of the UBS Foundation for the investment of pension fund assets will be re-opened to Swiss pension funds only for conditional subscriptions until June 26, 2018 pursuant to a special procedure. The intended subscription amount of around CHF 60 million will be used to enlarge the portfolio. The foundation is aimed exclusively at investors from Swiss pension funds.
The UBS AST-KIS investment group’s portfolio currently holds 40 real estate with a market value of circa CHF 636 million. The disciplined investment strategy with focus on good location quality and stable earnings was reflected in the past financial year in a performance of 4.5%, resp. 4.9% over the last three years. This at a vacancy rate of around 3.4% as of April 30, 2018.
