UBS Direct Urban: Capital increase with subscription rights; UBS Direct Residential, UBS Direct Urban: Distribution and net asset value

From 22 to 30 October 2020 UBS Switzerland AG will carry out a capital increase with subscription rights for UBS (CH) Property Fund – Direct Urban.

In addition, the fund management company has fixed the distribution for UBS Direct Residential and UBS Direct Urban based on the funds results as per June 30, 2020.
