Zurich/Basel, 28 November 2013 – As of 1 March 2014, UBS will increase its total salary for employees in Switzerland up to and including middle management by 1.0%. The specific individual salary adjustments will be based on market, function and individual performance.
This overall result is the outcome of negotiations between employer and UBS employee delegations.
Salary negotiations concerning all UBS employees in Switzerland who are covered by the Agreement on Conditions of Employment for Bank Staff (ACEBS) are conducted at the end of every year.
