UBS is obliged by law to treat data related to its business relationship with its clients and prospects on the basis of data protection, bank-client confidentiality, and other provisions as confidential. You authorize UBS to disclose such data to UBS Group entities and their service providers globally, in particular to the United Kingdom, for business purposes. This applies in particular for i) the benefit of holistic and efficient client service delivery as well as information on the product offering across UBS Group entities ii) for the purposes of registering, operating, maintaining and supporting the UBS Neo program and you release UBS to this extent from its duty of confidentiality and data protection and waive bank client confidentiality.

UBS will make sure that recipients of personal data are bound by applicable confidentiality and data protection obligations.
In any event, the duties to disclose and report applicable to UBS and its Group entities, under legal and regulatory requirements as well as to safeguard legitimate interest, will apply. If you have any concerns, do not register online and please contact your UBS client representative directly.
