This channel is intended for reporting potentially illegal conduct that may generate liability for the company under Chilean Law No. 20.393 on the Criminal Liability of Legal Entities and related regulations. Reports may concern a wide range of criminal offenses, including corruption, economic crimes, environmental offenses, cybercrime, violations of labor or tax regulations, crimes against public health or safety, and infringements of intellectual or industrial property, among others.

If you are unsure whether a situation qualifies as a criminal offense, you may still submit a report; the company will assess its legal classification.

By submitting a report, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Maintain respectful and appropriate language.
  • Not impersonate others or promote discrimination.
  • Accept that the information will be treated confidentially and used solely for investigative purposes.

What can be reported?

Below are illustrative categories of reportable conduct:

  • Anti-Corruption & Free Competition: Bribes to public officials, use of blank signatures, fraud in contracts, or purchase of stolen goods.
  • Tax Crimes: False or incomplete tax declarations, simulated refunds, or providing misleading information to the Chilean Tax Authority (SII).
  • Computer Crimes: Hacking suppliers, intercepting emails, or falsifying electronic documents.
  • Social Security & Labor Violations: Declaring lower salaries, omitting contributions, or paying below minimum wage in abusive contexts.
  • Environmental Offenses: Dumping polluting substances, obstructing inspections, or falsifying environmental records.
  • Offenses Against Health & Property: Workplace accidents causing injury, damage to property, or forcing sick employees to work.
  • Intellectual & Industrial Property: Using unlicensed software or exploiting trademarks without authorization.

This list is illustrative. Other forms of potentially criminal conduct may also be reported through this channel.
