Best execution has always been a part of UBS's best practice. As of January 2018, the new EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II 2014/65/EU) comes into force. We believe that the MiFID requirements formalise best practice and are consistent with the service we currently provide. We have therefore reviewed our execution service to ensure that it will meet the MiFID II standards on best execution.
