Your Client Relationship Director provides you a single point of entry to all that we can do for you. Enjoy a working relationship that is easy, reliable and efficient.

If you work with us, your CRD will be your main contact. He or she will ensure that you always have direct access to the services and expertise of all of our business units. Once the solution or solutions are in place, your CRD makes sure that the ties between you and UBS remain close.

Our CRDs manage the relationships with other banks in a comprehensive and holistic way. That means that they are on the one hand your single contact for you in your role as a “client” of ours. On the other, they manage the relationship with your bank in its role as a service provider for us, for example in terms of liquidity provision, network management or as a counterparty.

With your CRD, you know you have someone at UBS who will always make sure you get an answer, who will get you access to all of our capabilities, and who will react quickly and decisively should anything go wrong.

The idea is to make it as easy as possible for you to deal with us.
