How do I challenge a direct debit payment?
- Log in to E-Banking.
- Go to “Assets > Account.”
- Select the desired account and then the LSV debit.
- In the debit note details, you’ll find a gray “Challenge direct debit” button underneath the booking details.
- Click on “Challenge direct debit” and the booking details will be displayed to you.
- Click on the green “Submit challenge” button underneath the booking details and follow the instructions.
