How do I challenge a direct debit payment?

  1. Log in to E-Banking.
  2. Go to “Assets > Account.”
  3. Select the desired account and then the LSV debit.
  4. In the debit note details, you’ll find a gray “Challenge direct debit” button underneath the booking details. 
  5. Click on “Challenge direct debit” and the booking details will be displayed to you. 
  6. Click on the green “Submit challenge” button underneath the booking details and follow the instructions.
