Exceptions: For legal reasons, some document types are sent by mail only and cannot be switched to electronic delivery. This applies, for example, to letters containing login details.

E-Banking

Private clients

If you are not yet receiving your bank documents in digital form, you can easily change the delivery type directly in E-Banking to Everything electronically. The delivery type selected in E-Banking is mirrored in Mobile Banking and vice versa.

  1. Under Documents, click Settings for bank documents.

2. Then select Change delivery type.

3. Now you can change the delivery type to Everything electronically for the desired delivery address.

Wealth Management and corporate clients

If you are not yet receiving your bank documents in digital form, you can easily change the delivery type through your advisor. Together, you’ll complete the required forms and thereby also define access rights for the digital bank documents. Once your instructions have been implemented, you will find the delivery type in your E-Banking and Mobile Banking set to Everything electronically.

Mobile Banking

1. In your profile, tap Settings.

2. Then select Manage document delivery.

3. Now change the delivery type for the desired delivery address to Everything electronically.

To switch to digital bank documents in these tools, simply contact your advisor. Together you’ll complete the relevant forms, in which you can define various settings such as access rights.

Legal entities, e.g. companies, pension funds or family offices, must determine who should have what level of access to the documents of a banking relationship in E-Banking and Mobile Banking, in Connect or in KeyLink.
