The tenant structure remained largely stable and the property was fully let after completion of the work

Construction work began in July 2022 and was completed in September 2024. The building is centrally located and now offers high-quality office space on a total of around 5400 m².

Revitalization of a central office location

The existing building structure was extensively renovated as part of the total refurbishment. The spacious rooms with ceiling heights of up to 3.5 meters have been modernized and restructured. By adding another floor, it was possible to rebuild the roof and create additional usable space totaling 1302 m2. Today, the office areas offer a contemporary space with a great deal of quality and flexibility when it comes to using the areas.

The tenant structure remained largely unchanged during the construction phase: the Canton of Geneva (Etat de Genève) also used the space during the renovation, while other tenants were temporarily relocated and only returned after the work was completed. The property was fully let shortly after the work was completed.

Energy-efficient renovation and technical modernization

Central building components were renewed in the course of the renovation: the windows, the electrical distribution and ventilation systems and the heating and cooling systems were replaced completely. Additional insulation of the building envelope helps to improve energy efficiency. Thanks to these measures, the property’s energy consumption was significantly reduced and almost reached the level of a new building.
