Swiss real estate funds listed on the SIX stock exchange are subject to the SIX rules concerning ad hoc publicity. Art. 53 of the Listing Rules requires the issuer to inform the market of price-sensitive facts that are not public knowledge and which could result in a considerable change in prices.
