For example, UBS «Siat» is planning a capital increase with subscription rights in December 2025, amounting to approximately CHF 170 million.

The aim of the capital increase is to raise additional funds for the acquisition of properties, the financing of renovations and construction projects, as well as the repayment of debt financing. You can find more information about the terms of the planned capital increase here.
