The June edition of our Immo-Update highlights current projects as well as key developments within our real estate funds. As usual, the magazine is also available online and offers you in-depth insights into the strategic positioning of our real estate portfolio.

With the merger of UBS Mixed Urban (formerly UBS Green Property) and UBS Direct Urban, one of the largest listed real estate funds with direct property ownership in Switzerland was created as of the end of March 2026. UBS Mixed Urban combines a broadly diversified portfolio of urban locations with a clear focus on sustainability, providing a robust foundation for stable returns and long-term value appreciation.

We would also like to briefly highlight the implementation of the announced fund merger of UBS LivingPlus, UBS Hospitality and Residentia. The three funds will each close their shortened financial years as of 30 June 2026; the merger will take place as of 30 September 2026 with retroactive effect to 30 June 2026. The combined fund will operate in future under the name UBS LivingPlus. UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG will provide information on the further process of the planned merger and the next steps at the appropriate time.
