UBS announced the hiring of financial advisor Cody Flatt in Davenport, Iowa .He joined the Midwest Market led by Central Regional Director Jon Ramey, Market Executive Mike Gatewood and Senior Market Director Mike Mimick.

Cody joins UBS from Morgan Stanley, where he served as Senior Vice President in Davenport. With nearly two decades of experience, Cody serves high net worth individuals and families through a disciplined, planning‑driven approach. He helps clients make confident decisions by delivering sophisticated strategies designed to grow and preserve wealth across generations. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Cody spent over a decade working with Deere Employee Credit Union.

At UBS, Cody will leverage the firm’s high net worth expertise, lending capabilities, and planning resources to further strengthen his advisory practice and support increasingly complex client needs.
