Block your credit card
- Log on to E-Banking.
- Navigate to “Accounts & Cards > Direct access > Block card”.
- Select the card you want to block and follow the instructions. The card will then be blocked immediately. You will automatically be sent a replacement card by mail.
- Log on to the Mobile Banking App.
- Navigate to “Cards”.
- Select the corresponding card in the “Credit & prepaid” tab. Tap Menu > “Block card” and follow the instructions. The card will then be blocked immediately. You will automatically be senta replacement card by mail.
