3C AGI Partners
Esther is the Founder and CEO of 3C AGI Partners, an AI-focused VC/incubator. The firm champions a bold vision: they are committed to reimaging the infrastructure and foundational technologies that will drive AI revolution. Notably, 3C stands as one of the very few Asia based, and one of the youngest VCs in the Nvidia Alliance, a testament to its expertise and credibility.
Before establishing 3C AGI Partners, Esther was a founding member of SenseTime, one of China’s largest AI software companies. She forged the strategic investment and capital markets team, raising over USD 6 billion and spearheading investments and global collaborations with key industry partners. This unique experience underlines her operational expertise and strategic foresight in scaling technology ventures.
With 20 years of experience in finance prior to SenseTime including leadership roles at Cazenove (now JP Morgan), CICC and Barclays, Esther brings financial acumen, hands on startup experience as well as vision to her current role.
Esther received her MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business; she also serves on the boards of the Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation and Junior Achievement Hong Kong.
