2. Set up your online banking in 5 minutes

Have the flexibility to check your accounts, pay bills and much more – when you want and how you want.


Set up your Access App

Step 1/6:

1. If you have applied for digital banking access, you should have received an activation letter.

2. If you have not, inform your client advisor about your switch to digital banking.

3. If you are an existing digital banking user, you can call our helpline for direct support to activate the Access App.

Step 3/6:

1. Enter your contract number and continue.
Contract number can be found in your welcome letter.

2. Enter the last 4 digits of the registered mobile number.

Step 4/6:

1. Select “Yes” when asked if the activation letter is at hand.

2. Enter the SMS key code that is sent to you

Step 5/6:

1. Gently peel away the sticker on the back of the activation
letter.

2. The PIN will be visible on the front side of the letter

3. Enter this PIN number.

Step 6/6:

1. Set up a device name.

2. Setup log in PIN.
* PIN must be alphanumeric, with at least 1 number and 1 letter.

Note: Enable push notifications for the Access App in order to
stay up to date

Set up biometric login

Follow these steps for first-time biometric login activation.

Step 1/3:

1. Launch the Access App. Select "Settings", followed by "Biometric login".

2. Select a contract number, followed by "Activate now".

Step 2/3:

1. Review the notes. Acknowledge the complete provisions by toggling the button. Then, select "Next".

2. Enter the PIN you use to log in to your Access App.

Step 3/3:

1. Authenticate with biometrics to confirm the activation.

Note: If the activation process is unsuccessful, select "Activate biometric login again" and try again.

Login to E-Banking

Step 1/3:

1. Go to E-Banking login page.

2. Enter your contract number and click “Continue”.
Contract number can be found in your welcome letter.

Step 3/3:

1. Enter your Access App password (e.g. A08080)

2. Or scan your biometrics to authenticate

Login to Mobile Banking

Step 2/3:

1. Enter your contract number.
Contract number can be found in your welcome letter.

2. Select "Access App" as your login method.

Step 3/3:

1. Your Access App will launch automatically.

2. Enter your Access App password (e.g. A08080)

3. Or scan your biometrics to authenticate

Keeping it old school? Login with Access card

To get started with digital banking, you only need 3 items

1. Access Card

This is your security token for login, please safeguard it.

2. Contract number

You’ll need your contract number for login, please safeguard it.

3. Access Card PIN

This is needed for security token
activation.


Activate your Access Card in 3 steps

Step 1:

Get the initial Access Card PIN from the PIN mailer. Enter and press confirm (green tick).

Step 2:

Setup your own PIN and press confirm (green tick). Your PIN must be a combination of numbers and letters, from 6 to 11 characters.

Step 3:

Re-enter your PIN and press confirm (green tick) to complete. Please safeguard and remember your new PIN as you are required to input it whenever you use the Access Card.


UBS Digital Banking via mobile, desktop or tablet

Step 1:

On login screen, enter the contract number and press login.

Step 2:

Turn on the Access Card with your card PIN. Key in the code from login screen into the card.

Step 3:

The Access Card generates a new code and input the code back to login screen. Login is completed!
