Updated General Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions for Payments

As of 1 January 2026, the updated General Terms and Conditions (GTC and Terms and Conditions for Payments) will apply to your clients booked on the UBS Platform in Switzerland. These updates aim to enhance clarity, ensure consistency with other UBS banking documents, provide a more transparent framework for our collaboration and introduce relevant content changes. As part of these updates, we have clarified that UBS can now also disclose client data to internal or external UBS service providers in Switzerland and selected other jurisdictions, and that such data may also be stored and/or processed by service providers in these other jurisdictions, always in accordance with bank-client confidentiality, data protection regulations and regulatory requirements.
