The coronavirus pandemic is affecting the entire world's health systems, industries and economies, including the work of our Global Visionaries; however, as you might expect from such innovative individuals, many are responding in remarkable ways.
Speaking via webcam, Mette Lykke told us her mission to cut food waste had been challenged because, "the whole food value chain has been rocked… what keeps food waste down is predictability".
She explained how her company, Too Good To Go, had opened up its platform to help beleaguered restaurants serve takeaways in a new way.
Mette was also concerned the crisis could wipe out a whole generation of the wider start-up community so she has been working with the Danish government to avert this.
