• UNDO is a nature-based carbon removal company building the infrastructure needed to address one of the biggest climate challenges: scaling durable carbon removal to the ~10 billion tons per year needed by 2050.
  • Since 2022, the company has been working at the cutting edge of science using pioneering enhanced rock weathering (ERW) technology to generate durable, high-quality carbon removal credits.
  • ERW works by accelerating the process of natural weathering - a slow carbonation process that is estimated to absorb approximately one billion tons of CO₂ from the atmosphere each year. By spreading mineral-rich crushed silicate rock on local agricultural land, the weathering process is vastly accelerated while also bringing soil and crop health benefits to farming communities.
To meaningfully move the needle on climate change, ten billion tons of durable carbon removal collectively is needed each year by 2050. UNDO is building the infrastructure to help make
this a reality.

  • UNDO has secured partnerships with organizations including Microsoft, Barclays, British Airways and McLaren Racing. It aims to be the first company to remove one million tons of CO₂ – the first step on the road toward a billion-ton scale global capacity.
  • The company’s leadership in the field has been recognized globally, including being named a winner of the USD 100M XPRIZE Carbon Removal competition (2025) and multiple climate tech and innovation awards.
  • Jim Mann, the Founder and CEO of UNDO, combines a background in ecology and business with a vision to make durable carbon removal a core pillar of global climate action, helping restore atmospheric balance while maintaining a livable future for generations.
