About the program

You’ll spend 18 months in a market team, combining on-the-job experience, formal learning and defined milestones.

The Associate Program is a structured talent initiative within Global Wealth Management EMEA, designed to build the skills and network needed to grow into a client‑facing relationship manager role. Whether you’re just starting out or already have experience building relationships, if you bring the right attitude, a client-focused mindset, and access to dynamic networks, our program offers the platform to develop a long term career in wealth management.

You’ll work towards earning the externally recognized Wealth Management Certification. In addition, there may also be an opportunity to further broaden your experience with a short rotation in a specialist area during the program.
