Tech Graduate Program

Join our Tech Graduate Program in Poland and start your career with a 12-month comprehensive program committed to your long-term success here with us. Our goal is to help you transition smoothly from being a graduate to a professional employee.

Tech skills

Learn more about our technologies through self-paced learning, sessions with our experts and practical assignments. Dive into real-world projects from day one. Our program gives you hands-on experience, allowing you to apply your theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
Certified Engineers Program - A self-paced learning program that helps you take part in various learning journeys, earn badges, certify your technical skills, connect with other engineers, and accelerate your tech career.
Coding lab – A highly interactive scenario-based game focused on technology. You’ll be working in teams solving riddles and working on coding challenges supported by previous graduates and our experts.

Professional skills

Attend inspirational talks with experienced professionals who’ll share their insights into the latest technologies, provide career advice, and help you navigate the industry challenges.

Business awareness

Join interactive in-person trainings for foundational knowledge on features, instruments and operations of major financial markets and topics related to banking, finance, and investment.

Software Engineering

Are you passionate about software engineering and bringing new systems to life? Do you have the drive to innovate? Do you have experience in developing software in Java, Python, C#, or C++?

DevOps & Artificial Intelligence

Do you want to help develop new platforms and services? Are you interested in learning and exploring the future of banking services? Do you take pride in the quality of software delivered for each development iteration?

Systems Engineering

Are you at your best when coordinating and collaborating with others? Have a sharp mind and analytical way of working? And you’re able to think outside of the box?

Setting you up for success

Who are we looking for?

Tech Graduate Program

We welcome applicants who have already graduated from a university or will be in the final year of their degree by July/August 2024.

No professional experience is necessary, but a computer science or computer engineering-related background is a plus.

Tech Internship Program

Our Tech Internship Program is designed for students who want to launch their career in IT and welcome anyone who’s currently studying engineering.

No professional experience is necessary - if you’re determined and interested - apply.

How do you apply?

It’s easy to apply online.

Our graduate program runs once a year from July – August. Make sure to apply by the end of April.

But we’re looking for internship candidates all year round. Check out our available roles.
