At UBS, we truly care about driving change that matters. Through volunteering, we encourage employees to help make a positive impact by supporting social entrepreneurs and education initiatives. To do that, we give them two paid days they can use to volunteer. They can choose from a wide range of organizations we partner with across the globe. Check the video below to learn all about it.
