  • Lucy Thomas appointed as Head of Sustainable Investing at UBS Asset Management
  • Lucy joins from TCorp, where she was Head of Investment Stewardship

London, 2 December, 2021 – UBS Asset Management (UBS AM) today announces the appointment of Lucy Thomas as Head of Sustainable Investing. In this role, Lucy will be responsible for leading the delivery of UBS AM’s sustainability and impact strategy; and will report to Barry Gill, Head of Investments for UBS AM. She will be based in Zurich.

Lucy has 20 years of experience in the industry and joins UBS AM from TCorp, the financial markets partner of the New South Wales government in Australia, where she was Head of Investment Stewardship. Prior to that, she was Global Head of Sustainable Investment at Willis Towers Watson (2014-2018). She started her career as an analyst on the graduate program at Morgan Stanley.
