Note: The email address allows us to send you confirmation codes via email, inform you about new products and notify you about security-related incidents.
How to enter your email address
On your smartphone
1. Log in to the Mobile Banking App.
2. Open your profile.
3. Select your name.
4. If you have several banking relationships, you need to select the one for which you would like to enter your email address.
5. Under Email addresses at the very bottom of the menu, select Add email address.
6. Enter your email address and the other necessary information.
7. Activate your email address using the activation code, which you will receive in just a few moments via email.
Your email address is now saved in our system.
On your computer
1. Log into E-Banking.
2. Open your profile and select the pencil symbol next to My contact details.
3. Under Email addresses select Add email address.
4. Enter your email address and specify what this should be used for.
5. Select Save changes.
6. Check that the details are correct.
7. After a few moments, you will receive an email with a code that you must enter in E-Banking to confirm your email address.
Your email address is now saved in our system.
