Where can I find my bank documents in e-banking?

Your digital bank documents (PDF) are stored in E-Banking via “Mailbox > Bank documents” or in UBS Safe.

Note: Make sure you've selected the right filter criteria in the box to the left of the screen, otherwise your bank documents may not be displayed. 

The UBS Safe app lets you access your bank documents on the move. You can download your bank documents as PDFs and save them on your computer.

UBS Safe is available to private clients who have a bank account with UBS Switzerland AG. All other clients can access their e-documents in e-banking. Bank documents in the UBS Safe are generally stored for an unlimited duration.
