How can I check whether a payment has been paid into my account?

Using our E-Banking and Mobile Banking services, you can check whether a payment has been paid into your account at any time.

  1. Log on to E-Banking.
  2. Go to “Assets > Account > Transactions”.
  3. Click on the relevant payment.
  4. You can view all of the information on the payment in the detailed view.
  1. Log on to the Mobile Banking App.
  2. Navigate to “Accounts & cards” and select the corresponding account.
  3. You will be able to view a list of the most recent incoming payments.
