How can I check whether a payment has been paid into my account?
Using our E-Banking and Mobile Banking services, you can check whether a payment has been paid into your account at any time.
- Log on to E-Banking.
- Go to “Assets > Account > Transactions”.
- Click on the relevant payment.
- You can view all of the information on the payment in the detailed view.
- Log on to the Mobile Banking App.
- Navigate to “Accounts & cards” and select the corresponding account.
- You will be able to view a list of the most recent incoming payments.
