How can I check whether a payment has been received?

Via E-Banking

  1. Log on to e-banking. You can find all incoming and outgoing payments under “Assets > Account > Transactions.”

2. Clicking on an entry will take you to the detailed view.

Via Mobile Banking

  1. Log into the Mobile Banking App with your card reader and open the menu. Click on “Accounts” to access the account overview.

2. After selecting an account, you will be taken to the list of transactions. Clicking on an entry will open the detailed view.
